Booking Process
Retainer Fee (Payment)
To secure your appointment, a deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required. This payment serves as a “retainer fee” and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Punctuality and Access
As a professional, I commit to arriving on time at the agreed-upon location. The client must ensure I have immediate access to the premises (by notifying security, valet, or reception). I will wait a maximum of 15 minutes to gain access to the meeting location; if I am unable to enter after this time, the service will be considered canceled due to no-show, and the payment will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your appointment with at least 3 days' (72 hours') notice. Only one (1) rescheduling is allowed, subject to availability, within a maximum period of 2 months; after this time, the credit will be forfeited without exception.
Group Subscriptions
If the ticket was purchased for two or more people, the amount cannot be transferred to other services or individuals in the event that any member of the group does not attend.
Workspace and Guests
To ensure a smooth service and your comfort, we recommend a quiet space free from distractions. Please limit the number of people in the work area to facilitate the setup of the professional equipment and ensure flawless results.
Home Delivery
Travel Fee
To give you the exact cost of the travel fee, please provide me with the exact address of the service. The cost will be calculated based on the distance and travel time.
Parking
The customer must pay for parking or valet parking if the location does not offer free visitor parking.
Logistics
I have my own professional lighting equipment, so all I need is a clear table and access to an electrical outlet in a comfortable workspace.
Hair Styling Surcharges
Dry Hair
Your hair must be 100% dry when you arrive for your appointment. If your hair is damp or wet, there will be a $25 USD surcharge for the additional drying time.
Extra-Long Hair
Due to the additional time and products required, there will be an extra charge of $20 USD for extra-long hair.
Extensions
There is an additional charge of $25 USD for the application and styling of clip-in extensions.
